Managers from the Sky Bet Championship, League One and League Two were asked to rank their top five players in order from their respective leagues, with the scores added up to create the overall list.Keeping in line with the awards ceremony at the weekend, the Sky Bet Player of the Year award winners from each division topped their respective lists from the manager vote.
